Return & Refund Policy for Physical Merchandise
All physical items, including furniture, decor, and custom orders, are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all item dimensions, finishes, and delivery access requirements prior to purchase.

Virtual Package Refund & Cancellation Policy
All virtual interior decorating packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once payment is processed and your onboarding information is submitted, design work begins immediately. Therefore, we do not permit order cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
